Decorhardware4less.com offers a wide variety of decorative or “dummy” hardware for front entry and garage doors (real wood, faux wood, carriage house, metal doors). Our busines model is simple. We market our products exclusively online to lower our overhead costs so we can offer quality decor hardware products to you at rock bottom pricing while maintaining good customer support. We use a fulfillment service provider to inventory our products, shipping orders and processing product returns. If you find a competitive product with a lower price, let us know and we will match it plus give you a 10% discount.

We welcome wholesellers, home architects, designers, renovators and buiders. Please contact us and let us know about your business and we'll be glad to send you more information about our wholesale program. We also private label and manufacture custom designs. Let us know what you have in mind and we will be glad to custom manufacture the decorative hardware design for you.

Shipping & Delivery

 

DH4L understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

 

Shipping rates apply to the continental USA. Please inquire about shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii and other countries. Let us know what you would like to purchase and we'll let you know what the international shipping charges will be.

 

Returns & Replacements

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the DH4L order fulfillment warehouse within 30 days for a full refund (Returns must be in resalable condition). Shipping charges are non refundable. If free shipping is utilized and you decide to return the items you purchased, the actual shipping charges will be deducted ($10 minimum) from the refunded amount. Contact us for a RMA number and ship the item back to us within 7 days of the RMA issue date. For your convenience, product returns can be initiated using the "RMA" web link in your "My Account" dashboard. 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

 

Payment is handled via PAYPAL. You do not need a PAYPAL account to purchase from DH4L as PAYPAL accepts all major credit cards. All DHFL payments are handled by PALPAL on their encrypted and secure website  We do not store or have access to any of your credit card information. The payment transaction you make through PAYPAL is between you and PALPAL.

 

Viewing Orders & Making Changes to your Account

 

Your order history and profile are stored in your account. You need to register and login into your DH4L account to view your order history or to view or make changes to your profile.
